Overview
All platform purchases and escrow holds use your NGN wallet. Bank deposits and crypto sells credit the wallet after review.

Open Dashboard → Wallet to see your available balance and funding options. You can add NGN via bank deposit or by selling crypto to the platform.

Submit a bank deposit request with the amount and proof as instructed. Admin reviews and credits your wallet when the transfer is confirmed.

Wallet balances
Your available balance can be used for service checkout, marketplace escrow, and eligible withdrawals. Pending deposits do not spend until approved.

At checkout, the platform deducts the order total from your wallet. Insufficient balance will block payment until you fund more NGN.

Request a withdrawal from the Wallet area. Provide valid bank details and amount within platform min/max limits. Admin review applies before payout.
